Daniel Saldaña was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and is a proud graduate
of Texas State University and Baylor Law School. Daniel’s practice focuses on first
and third party civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, Uninsured/
Underinsured Motorist disputes, and extra-contractual bad faith claims. Daniel has
tried several cases to a jury verdict as first and second chair counsel, and has
authored the briefs for various appeals and original proceedings. Although a bulk
of his litigation is in San Antonio, Daniel has represented clients throughout Central
and South Texas. After graduating from law school, Daniel clerked for an
employment law firm and practiced plaintiff personal injury litigation until he joined
Lindow Stephens Treat LLP in 2017.
