Email Nicole McQuiston
A native San Antonian, Nicole is a proud graduate of Baylor University (2013) and
the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law (2016). While in Law School,
Nicole was a dean’s list student and was selected to participate in the Student
Trial Advocacy Council Mock Trial team as well as the National Trial Council Mock
Trial team. She also placed in the Top Eight Finalists in the Hugh Lawson Moot
Court Competition. During her third year, Nicole also became a Third Year Practice
Apprentice with the Bibb County District Attorney’s Office, where she actively
prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases on behalf of the State of Georgia.
Nicole’s practice experience includes both plaintiff and defense work, developing
skills which she uses to benefit of all her clients. Currently, her practice focuses on
defense of first and third party insurance claims with clients all over the state of
Texas. Prior to joining Lindow Stephens Treat, LLP in August 2020, Nicole
practiced at one of the largest personal injury firms in San Antonio and honed her
skills as a litigator and advocate.
Nicole was nominated as a 2021 Scene in S.A. Magazine Rising Star Lawyer and
was featured in their Winter 2021 edition.
