Theodore Schultz's Personal Biography

 

Theodore Schultz was born in Dannsville, New York in 1970. He graduated from Cornell University in 1988 with a degree in history and international relations. He obtained his Masters of Arts in History from the University of Texas in 1993, He graduated Cornell Law School cum laude in 1996, where he was an editor of the Cornell Law Review. Mr. Schultz began his legal career as a law clerk to Judge Edward C. Prado, United States District Judge for the Western District of Texas. After his clerkship, he became an associate and later counsel at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP, where he worked in both the litigation and hedge fund groups until joining Lindow Stephens Treat LLP in 2008.
